Non Slip Shower and Bath Mat, Soft Underfoot and Quick Drying PVC

A loose tangle of soft plastic loops with air all through it, laid over a perforated grip backing. Water falls past your foot and keeps going.

The shower floor is the one surface in the house you stand on wet and barefoot, and there is usually nothing on it at all.

Two open layers, one on top of the other

The face is extruded plastic filament looped back on itself over and over, the way a scouring pad is made, so it is mostly gaps. Underneath it is a white grip layer covered in small raised nubs with holes between every one of them.

Water goes through the first layer, through the second, and onto the floor where the drain is. There is no closed surface anywhere in the mat for it to gather on.

It gives under a bare foot

The loops are soft rather than cushioned, closer to standing on moss than on a bath towel, and wet skin catches on them rather than gliding.

If it does not fit your shower, cut it

Household scissors go straight through it. Trim a corner to clear a shower door track, take an inch off the width for a narrow tray, or bring a rectangle down to fit an awkward floor.

Which size

Measure the flat part of the floor you actually stand on rather than the outside of the enclosure. Small is the one for a bathtub or in front of the basin, and Medium and Large step up to a shower tray.

Extra Large is a different proposition at 31 by 47 inches. It is the wet-room size, and it is the one that most often gets cut down to shape.
